My brother Jason spend every Christmas, and most of the year, pointing out Christmas miracles, like when someone is wearing the same shoes as you or you find out Cosby Show reruns are on. Since he's is off serving the Lord in Vancouver, BC on his mission, I thought I should carry on the tradition for him. Although, I'm sure he has been finding plenty of miracles in Canada.
Christmas Miracle 1: Leavenworth, KS was fun. Most people think of 2 things when they think of Kansas-corn and Dorothy. We found much more, and as always, it's nice to be home.
Christmas Miracle 2: Dane and I were able to wear our matching Nordic sweaters for the first time, with added matching p.j.s (thanks Mom Thorley).
Christmas Miracle 3: We did not miss our connecting flight in Denver (this really was a miracle), regardless of the fact that we got off our first plane exactly when the other was supposed to be leaving because they had to clear our terminal in Kansas City for a security breech (aka a door was left unlocked).
Christmas Miracle 4: Banana Republic's 60% sale. Dane has found an untapped love of shopping.
Christmas Miracle 5: The massive snow storms finally turned to blue skies so that we could have a snow shoeing adventure. Christmas Miracle 6: There were no hospital visits, lost bags, plumbing issues, or broken gifts this year.
I like your nerdy sweater picture! :)
